Welcome to Inpsyche
I’m a warm and compassionate therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can truly be yourself. I take the time to understand your story, what you’re going through, and what matters to you - rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, practical change at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re coming because something feels difficult right now, or because you simply want to understand yourself better, we can take that first step together.
“You don’t have to navigate everything on your own. I’d be happy to meet you where you are.”

In person · VirtualHow it works
Start with a free 15-minute consultation - a relaxed conversation about what you’re looking for and whether we’re the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.
Choose a 50-minute or 80-minute session, in person, virtual, or in-home. We’ll talk through your story, your goals, and what support could look like.
Sessions blend conversation, practical tools, and creative approaches - shaped session by session around what feels most helpful for you.
Noticing the thought patterns that keep you stuck, and gently building more helpful ones - with practical tools you can use between sessions.
Skills for riding out big emotions, calming the nervous system, and handling hard moments without making them harder.
Building on what’s already working. We focus on your strengths and the future you want, step by manageable step.
Sometimes feelings come out more easily through creativity than conversation - especially for children and teens. Art, play, and gentle creative activities open the door.
Evidence-based support for children, breaking skills into achievable steps and celebrating progress - in session and at home.
And sometimes, what’s needed most is simply a quiet space to talk - to be heard without judgment, and not rushed into fixing anything.

I support children, teens, youth, and adults with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, anger management, self-esteem, communication, relationships, family challenges, life transitions, and difficult or overwhelming experiences.
With children and teens, I believe connection comes first. I use play, creativity, conversation, and age-appropriate therapeutic activities to help young clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable expressing what they may not always have the words to say. I also work collaboratively with parents and caregivers when appropriate - because supporting a child often means supporting the people around them too.
Most importantly, I want you to feel heard - not judged; supported - not rushed. Whether you’re here for yourself or for your child, we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
